It is part of how we produce, use resources, care for animals and people, and make decisions about the development of our business. Our approach is practical: use resources more intelligently, produce responsibly, manage material risks, and build a business that can grow sustainably over the long term.

Animal welfare and responsible food production
Egg quality starts long before an egg reaches its packaging. It starts with animal care, quality feed, safe production processes and the people responsible for them. That is why animal welfare, food safety and employee competence are integral to the quality and operational stability of our production.
Resources and Environment
Every resource has value in production. We work to use energy, water, feed and materials as efficiently as possible and to reduce losses throughout the production cycle. We also view by-products as resources, looking for further uses and opportunities to create additional value from them.
People and a safe working environment
The quality of our operations depends on our people. We work to provide a safe and respectful working environment, strengthen employee competence and ensure clear accountability in day-to-day processes.
Governance and responsible decision-making
As the company grows, it matters not only what we do, but also how we make decisions. We assess environmental, social, reputational and compliance risks alongside financial and operational risks. Group-wide policies, clear accountability, data and control mechanisms help us put these principles into practice.
Responsible supply chain
Our impact extends beyond our own operations. We are taking an increasingly systematic approach to assessing the origin of raw materials, materials and services, as well as environmental, social and business ethics risks across our supply chain. We expect our suppliers and partners to follow the same fundamental principles of responsible business conduct that we apply to ourselves.
